They wanted me to leave my car with no rental.
They wanted me to leave my car with no rental. Came there 3 times with appt. For 3 weeks. Have extended warranty. The service guy giving all these prices not considering my warranty. I'm upset no service xxxxxx off. Didn't get car fixed left.

As always this dealership maintains a superior customer focus. From start to finish everyone I encountered was friendly and asked if I needed anything else. I only allow them to do maintenance on my Jeep. Jermaine always ask about future needs. Russ Darrow CJDR is the best.

I appreciate the group sticking with this warranty issue. It is now corrected. Ariana form Jeep customer was wonderful keeping me up to date due to a production delay for a part required for our 2017 Jeep Wrangler, stick manual shift that was out of production and inventory. Thanks to you all.

Mike kept me up to date with my truck.
Mike kept me up to date with my truck. My valve stem cab was missing. Mike found it and delivered it to me. My rim was scratched and Mike made arrangements to get it fixed. I highly recommend Mike Reichert. He took great care of me.

It's so hard getting in touch with anyone at this
It's so hard getting in touch with anyone at this dealership. Their communication is at an all time low, so low that it practically doesn't exist. They give you the run around all day long and tell lies constantly. I will never deal with this dealership again. Even when you ask yo speak with upper management, nothing ever gets resolved and upper management doesn't respond back either.

I was told everything was fine and fixed and the issue I had I paid an extras 700$ for it to stay another day to get fixed. I had to extend my personal rental and extend my become back to the dealership for them to tell me what is wrong not satisfied at all
