I’ve taken my jeeps for service here for several years, Kristian is normally the person I work with, he does an incredible job of taking care of the vehicle, I am not mechanically inclined so I know I ask some questions that most likely makes him shake his head :), he always takes the time to answer. He is honest and direct, which I appreciate and trust him because of this.
Great customer service! Appreciate the thoroughness and video sent after the service. My only feedback is the timeliness. Both of my last oil changes have averaged a 2 hour wait

My visit was efficient, a video of my vehicle being serviced was available to watch. My service tech was friendly and forth coming with any additional repairs. I like Russ Darrow's service because I know them to be honest with all repairs.
It seems once my recall service was done my air conditioning seems to be lees frigid . I had inquired about body work concern, once at the body shop the young lady all but blew me off. My concern seemed to be not a priority

They helped resolve prior issues to my satisfaction. I had an oil leak and squeaking brakes from a prior service that they helped me resolve, whereas a previous service personnel who is no longer at the dealership was trying to tell me that the issue with the brakes squeaking is normal.
Worked with "Bobby" Roberto he was phenomenal him and the managers I worked with made my experience flawless. Highly recommend going there for a vehicle.
We were greeted right away by the front desk attendant and Tiffany was available to sit down with us. She was able to get a vehicle for us to test drive quickly and stayed with us and kept us informed every step of the way. She was helpful and kind.
Georgio was a great help I had planned on walking out with fixer up car but while speaking him he made a lot of sense on how I'd wasting more money on one and the price that I'd paying wouldn't be to much of a difference on a newer car I walked out much much happier Thank you Georgio!
